In Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 200, Yuji steps out of Sukuna’s domain to privately inform Megumi that Sukuna is the Fallen whom Kurusu wants to eliminate. To do so, Yuji uses gestures and alters his hair to imitate Sukuna’s appearance, which Megumi manages to understand. Their friendship has come a long way which makes what Yuji is trying to communicate all the more frustrating. Knowing that defeating Sukuna might be the only way to break the seal that holds Satoru Gojo, Yuji feels that his life isn’t too high a price to pay. Megumi, for his part, is disturbed by Yuji’s nonchalance. From there on, the chapter moves to a flashback wherein Kenjaku and Uraume talk to the President of the U.S. The two explain how curses work, demonstrating glasses (similar to the ones Maki used in the past) infested with cursed energy and allowing others to see cursed energy. This cursed energy is presented to the U.S. as a sustainable, pure source of energy. Through complicated descriptions and explanations, Kenjaku offers a disturbing idea: to abduct Jujutsu sorcerers from Japan and study them. The sudden overflow of new players suggests that the government has now agreed to the plan, and their agents might capture sorcerers.
