The first time Jimmy Woo appeared in the MCU was in Ant-Man as a former S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent recruited by the FBI to be the parole officer of Scott Lang from whom he learned about the infamous card trick which he used when he arrived in WandaVision. It was in WandaVision that Jimmy Woo got more support to get his own Marvel spin-off series especially with his hilarious team-up with the astrophysicist, Darcy Lewis, and together, they are a combo of wits and humor. Speaking with ComicBook.com, during the promotion of Blockbuster, Randall Park was asked about his thoughts on having a Jimmy Woo spin-off series which would be styled like that of X-Files, and he said, “I want to.”

Last year, Kat Dennings, the actress playing Darcy Lewis, in an interview with PopCulture.com, expressed her interest in reprising her role should there be a spin-off series for her and Jimmy Woo, “It’s always up to the powers that be. I think they took notice of all the comments. I would do it in a heartbeat!” To date, there is still no feedback from Marvel Studios whether there would be an X-Files-like spin-off series with Jimmy Woo and Darcy Lewis but their combo is, without a doubt, one full of chemistry in all aspects. While their MCU return is yet to be determined because who knows where or when they’ll be back, it’d surely be a blast to have them both in one project together again.
