The Return to the Show’s Roots

True enough, the final season will adapt some elements from all the previous seasons. However, it will slowly return to where it all started—the first season. “I think that what we’re trying to do is go back to the beginning a little bit, in sort of the tone of one,” Ross added.

How can Stranger Things Season 5 be Like the First Season?

The first season introduced the show’s elements of science, fiction, and interdimensional monsters. Its story was much smaller than its predecessors, mostly focusing on the events happening in Hawkins. Alternatively, the fourth season saw everyone separated. Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) and the Byers family were in California, Hopper (David Harbour) was in a prison camp in Russia, and the rest of the group was in Indiana. As the alternate dimension seems to have easier access, and the portal is believed to let the Demogorgon enter the town of Hawkins and create chaos, Eleven and the gang will surely have their hands full in Stranger Things Season 5.
