Although the series now progresses with Vecna as the leading big bad, the show’s infamous villain named Demogorgon still made an appearance in the latest season in a more spine-chilling look.
Demogorgon vs Hopper in Stranger Things Season 4
In a recent interview with Collider, Stranger Things VFX Supervisor Julien Hery explained why he had to tremendously alter Demogorgon’s appearance during the battle with Jim Hopper (David Harbour) in the Russian prison. According to him, he and the other VFX staff made sure that the Demogorgon’s look was technologically updated compared to the previous season. Check out Hery’s full comment below:
Hopper, Demogorgon, and Vecna’s Future in the Impending Stranger Things Season 5
Stranger Things Season 4 saw the Hawkins gang losing the battle with Vecna, and their city now has to face the consequences. Thankfully, now that the gang is complete, we can anticipate an intense epic rematch between the whole crew and Vecna, and witness how they retake Hawkins from the grasp of the menacing villain. As for Hopper, now that he is back in the city, we can expect him to take the lead in facing off Vecna. For the Demogorgon and Vecna’s side of things, both of them would certainly give the Hawkins gang a challenging showdown in the upcoming Stranger Things Season 5.
