Antony Starr, who plays Homelander, also announced the start of the filming for the fourth season by posting a throwback photo of the Seven from the first season.

It is exciting to hear that the filming for the fourth season has started as it signifies that they are now working on the next installment of the series and it is likely that he will be able to see it by next year assuming that they will wrap by the end of the year or early next year.

It is also great that we have the episode title for its premiere although it doesn’t necessarily give us a clue on what will happen except that it is a hint that the government is forming a new agency or it simply has a different meaning behind it.

Either way, this is tangible evidence that the fourth season is happening and we can sit back and relax while waiting for its airing which is at least going to be in a year from now.
